Britney ends fight to win back custody!
In a shocking new development, OK! has learned exclusively that Britney Spears has ended her battle to win back custody of her children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, from ex-husband Kevin Federline.
In an exclusive interview with OK!, Kevin’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says both Britney and Kevin reached and signed off on a settlement in their custody case today.
Kaplan tells OK!, “At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time. The agreement will be presented to the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner.”
Kaplan adds, “Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving.”
Britney, who remains under the legal conservatorship of her father Jamie Spears, lost custody of her sons to Kevin last October. At the time she had visitation privileges but they were severely restricted following her January hospitalization for psychiatric evaluation.
She currently has monitored visitation with her sons two days a week and one overnight.

This was settled because of the cost. Britney getting joint custody is NOT ruled out, and can be brought up in the future. Take Britney’s money away, and if SlimeFed had to get a full time job and raise those kids on his money, he would do it. It is all about the money and oh, so many, have ripped Britney off. SlimeFed is estatic living off Britney’s money.

How did you support us dad? Your mom’s checks boys, how else? Your mom had to continue to work her butt off while I played golf and watched TV with you two.
They can decide when they are older. Hopefully Britney will go back in when she has healed and get joint custody which she deserves!

wow, interesting on how some people take things, to my understanding it stated that Britney ended the fight, so how is Kevin taking her for her money?

can not believe that she would just STOP fighting for her boys..regardless..Can you imagine what they, her boys, will feel when they are older?
Some people should not be allowed to birth children.

I am quite happy for britney because now she will be able to come back on tracks. her boys are very important for her and she will now be able to concentrate on her career too. good luck britney

For all of you people who said Britney is a bad person, and she should fight for her boys, um, hello. shes been fighting for her boys this whole time, and apparently you dont understand what it was like. Im very happy for you, Britney!!!! your going on the right track again.
