Despite recent reports that Matthew McConaughey has been flirting with women in Nicaragua while his pregnant girlfriend, Camila Alves, stews at home, his big brother insists that the couple is perfectly happy together.

“Camila loves him for him. He’s a free spirit and she gets it,” Rooster McConaughey, who stars on the new truTV reality show Black Gold, tells In Touch. “She knows what it’s like being around a famous guy. She’s the salt of the earth. You ain’t gonna get better than that!”

In fact, the mother-to-be, 25, was overheard gushing about Matthew, 38, and their child at LA’s Privé Salon on June 18. “Camila was saying how she and Matthew don’t know the baby’s sex yet because they want to be surprised,” an insider tells In Touch. “She looked heavily pregnant, but very excited and happy!”

Matthew, voted biggest party animal in 2006, admits, “I earned that title.” Matthew has some odd habits: The actor brushed his teeth on a street in Malibu in 2006.
