Lindsay Lohan and girlfriend Samantha Ronson on set of Lindsay’s next movie, “Labor Pains”
The romantic comedy stars Lindsay Lohan as an assistant, working in a stuffy publishing house, who pretends to be pregnant in a desperate attempt to keep her nasty boss from firing her.
Pic gives Lohan a chance to regain her footing after recent personal troubles. The actress, who recently guested on ABC’s “Ugly Betty,” said she loved the script. “It is a very different role for me and I look forward to the challenges it will present, and I love working on comedies.”
“I didn’t know Lindsay before this, but we looked each other in the eye three months ago, and she has done everything I could have asked,” said Schwartz, whose producing credits include “Gangs of New York” and “The Departed.”
