Nick Hogan is going to sue for the release of his taped conversations

Hulk Hogan’s incarcerated son Nick Bollea is to sue a Florida police department for releasing tapes of his jailhouse conversations with his parents.
Bollea is currently serving an eight-month prison sentence at Florida’s Pinellas County Jail after pleading no contest to felony reckless driving following a horrific car crash in Clearwater, Florida – which has left his friend John Graziano brain damaged.
And last month, recordings of Bollea’s conversations with his mother and father were released to the media via the internet.
The 17-year-old accused Florida’s Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office of leaking the tapes and has filed a lawsuit claiming the department violated his privacy. He is also seeking an injunction to prevent the release of any more of his conversations.
Bollea’s attorney Morris ‘Sandy’ Weinberg tells website People.com, “Nick only asks that he be treated no differently than the other inmates at the Pinellas County Jail. Instead, the Sheriff’s Office has singled him out by the unprecedented release to the media of his personal calls with his family.”
In the tapes, Bollea is allegedly heard calling crash victim Graziano a “negative person” and complaining about the size of his prison cell. Bollea’s mother Linda also came under fire after the release of the tapes, with Graziano’s parents accusing the family of showing a lack of remorse for the teenager’s actions.

Finally, the “Hogans” can be seen for who they are. Hopefully, everyone will boycot anything to do with them.
