The judge tells Nick Hogan he has to stay in jail
Poor Nick Hogan! A judge has just denied his request to be let out til his 18th birthday. For now, Nicky Boy will stay put in the Pinellas County, Fla. jail.
17-year-old Nick — whose real name is Nick Bollea — complained he was essentially in solitary confinement, isolated from the general population, saying it “wasn’t fair.” Tell that to John Graziano and his family.
He wanted to be placed under house arrest til his bday in mid July, presumably because his parents have been such a good influence on him.

I’m glad they are sticking to this. I hope everyone sees the “Hogans” for who they are and will boycot Nick’s reality show.

they definitely need to keep him in jail. celebrities often feel that they are above the law. in this case, he hurt someone and that someone was supposedly a good friend. show some remorse and know that you are getting what you deserve.

What a spoilt brat this kid is! If he had an ounce of empathy, he might understand that what he got in punishment is small potatoes compared to what he did to another human being. Do the crime, do the time! And do it with some dignity, for crying out loud!
