   I know she is trying to show off her belly, but geez, can’t she take a picture without looking like she is toughing herself of like she has to pee.

   VERY pregnant.
   and her face looks pointier every time I see her. I assume whatever she has done to her mouth involves the plastic surgery that pointies up the rest of her face!

   Actually, when you’re pregnant your belly gets kind of heavy (you know, there’s a baby growing in there) and it puts pressure on some of your organs, including your bladder, and it can also hurt you hips joints, and your back, so you tend to hold your belly like she does in those pictures. Some women even put a scarf under their belly to support it.
