Cate Blanchett has vowed never to go under the knife - because she is convinced wrinkles reflect a person’s life experiences.

The mother-of-three - who turns 39 next week - insists she is proud of her imperfections and would never consider turning to surgery to fix them.

She tells Britain’s Glamour magazine, “I see someone’s face, someone’s body who has had children, and I think they’re the song lines of your experience, and why would you want to eradicate that? Death is not going to be any easier just because your face can’t move.”
