Amy Winehouse gets out near a freeway when the car she is travelling in gets stuck in traffic. An accident caused gridlock on the motorway as the troubled singer was returning to London from Henley this afternoon. But the wait proved too much for Winehouse as she left and approached other motorists in the jam asking for cigarettes.

I don’t get the obsession with this woman. She’s had a couple of hit songs? She has a drug problem and weird hair? It’s pretty sad commentary that this is what one needs to dominate gossip headlines.
