Nick Hogan is going to jail!
He was sentenced by a judge in Florida today in his tragic car crash case and he will begin serving time immediately.
Nick plead guilty to reckless driving and here’s what his sentence consists of:
- 5 Years Probation
- 8 Months in Jail
- 500 Hours of community service, no buyout available
- 3 Years of Drivers License suspension
- No alcohol for 5 years
- DUI school completed within the first year of probation
- Paying court costs.

* months isnt nothing for leaving someone in a vegetable state. The whole thing is just sad. I dont know how I could live with myself if I ever did something like that!!

HE IS GETTING OFF A LIL WASY HAD IT BEEN ANYONE ELSE THEY WOULD BE CHARGED WIHT ATTEMPED MURDER BUT ITS WHAT THEY THINK IS FAIR BROOK HOGAN SAYS ALOT OF LIES ARE BEING TOLD SO WHAT IS THE REAL STORY?….I DON’T THINK NICK IS A BAD PERSON BUT HE MADE A REAL STUPID IGNORANT MISTAKE AND I HOPE HE REALLY TAKES FROM THIS AND LEARNS….AND ACTS RESPONSIBLY FROM NOW ON……

the hogans have taken a family as low as u can go,2 make urself look like a person who belived that u stand up 4 yourself thats a joke what ever fan’s u had are probably gone,let ur son do his time in the general population, wont happen u need balls 2 do that and if you people try 2 make $ off this ur lower than duck shit.
