Sarah Jessica Parker quit therapy because she had nothing to say
Sarah Jessica Parker quit therapy when she realised she was more anxious about coming up with things to talk to her shrink about.
The Sex & The City star sought out a therapist to help her with a handful of personal problems many years ago – but she quickly realized her issues weren’t worth talking about.
She tells Parade magazine, “I’d be on the subway on the way there, and I’d panic that I wouldn’t have anything to talk about. It was not a really committed relationship. It was not for a long period of time… (but) there may come a time when I’m ready to be that introspective about myself.”

well aint that something to talk to your therapist about?
a) panic attacks
and b) not knowing what to talk about and worrying about it to the point that it gives her a panic attack. duh bitch.

Her skin looks FLAWLESS and what she is saying is VERY common when it comes to people going to see a therapist. You should only see a therapist when you are ready to talk about REAL ISSUES. I cant stand people who run to their therapist about EVERYTHING, those people need to get a grip. Its call LIFE, sh*t happens.
