Denise Richards: Kids on TV is a no-win situation

Denise Richards is caught in a “no-win situation” over her decision to include her children in her upcoming reality show - insisting she has to involve them to prove she is a good mother.
The actress was previously criticised by her ex-husband Charlie Sheen and his fiancee Brooke Mueller for allowing the former couple’s young daughters - three-year-old Sam and Lola, two - to take part in the series.
But Richards, 37, is convinced there will always be controversy regarding the toddlers’ involvement with the program.
She tells Redbook, “If I have my kids on my show, I’m exploiting them. If I don’t, people will think I’m not a hands-on mom. That’s why it’s very important to me that the girls are part of it.”
But despite going against Sheen’s wishes, the Wild Things star admits she doesn’t want her kids “ever to feel torn between” their parents, adding: “Charlie is their dad, so if I insult their father it’s an insult to them.”
The series, produced by American Idol host Ryan Seacrest, is set to debut on U.S. TV on May 26th.

So it’s all about Denise then. She could just be a good mom, examples Gwen Stephanie, Jennifer Garner. Do you have to make money on tv to prove you’re a good mother.
I think not.

wouldn’t the win-win situation be not having the show?

I’ve never been more convinced of her total lack of parenting ability. I hope I never have to see another picture of her again as long as I live.

She’s wanting free day care, schooling, meals, medical, wardrobe, limo rides and round the clock security for herself and the girls which will prove to be even more profitable by photo shoots, modelling, magazines, TV and movie parts, and product endorsements. Bonus plus she keeps their wages and trains them to become money earners mostly for her whim and fame, separates them from the father as much as possible, so that that tie is greatly servered. I hope this whole family scam project goes bankrupt and bites her in the A$$!

She’s already seen with them a lot as it is. I don’t think the public views her as a non-hands-on mom, they see her more like a fame-seeking whore! Would you really expose your children on television for a reality TV show just to “prove” you are a “good” mom?!?! I think that’s one of the worst things you can do!
