Actor George Clooney certainly knows how to stay on good terms with his exes, if a new interview with Sarah Larson is anything to go by.

Clooney split with the former cocktail waitress in May after a year together. But if anyone expected her to be bitter about losing her grip on Hollywood’s most eligible bachelor, think again.

“George is a great guy, a wonderful person. I don’t regret spending time with him and he’s a great person to get to know.

“We still remain friends and have kept in touch. In fact, we spoke over the phone a couple of days ago. He’s fun to be around, down to earth, laid back, funny and smart,” she gushed to Hello! magazine.

And the Ocean’s Eleven star is apparently a man of hidden talents.

“Most people know George has a great sense of humor and is an adept storyteller, but I will always miss his extraordinary dance moves,” Larson said.

The 29-year-old met Clooney while waitressing in a Las Vegas cocktail bar.

Thanks to their relationship, however, she is now moving on to bigger and better things.

“I have a lot of great opportunities, doors that have opened, and I have no complaints.

“I make good money. I have a house. I have all the things I’ve always wanted. I’m in a good place,” she said.

“I’ve had some amazing offers come in, including one modelling campaign that may bring me to England soon.

“I can’t talk about it yet because it’s not a done deal. I hope it happens because I’ve never been to England and I’d love to spend some time there.

“If I do end up there I could find a nice British boy. I’d be open to the idea. I hear they have a good sense of humor.”

Batman star Christian Bale struggled at first with his portrayal of the Caped Crusader - because he found it hard to adopt the superhero’s trademark gruff voice.

The actor insists that when he first took on the role for 2005’s Batman Begins, mastering the character’s deep tones was a real challenge.

But now, with second movie The Dark Knight completed, he can effortlessly slip in to character Bruce Wayne’s voice.

He says, “On the first film, it took me a while to really get accustomed to the voice but it’s like riding a bike. For the second one, I could just switch on and off any time.”

Steve Carell came to the rescue of his Get Smart co-star Anne Hathaway on the red carpet on Monday, by helping her dodge a reporter’s question about her break-up with Raffaelo Follieri.

The pair was at the Los Angeles premiere of their spy-themed film when one journalist took the opportunity to question the actress on her highly-publicised split from the Italian businessman, who is currently in jail following his arrest on suspicion of fraud.

But, before Hathaway could answer, Carell lunged in and answered: “In my role of agent (for) Miss Hathaway, I would like to say that she does not answer questions relating to this subject.”

Hathaway ended her longterm relationship with Follieri last month, just days before he was taken into police custody.

The 29-year-old is currently behind bars until he can post $21 million bail. A status hearing has been set for July 9th.

Now that superstar actor Matthew McConaughey and longtime girlfriend Camila Alves have welcomed their first child into the world, they are revealing exclusively to OK! their son’s name — Levi Alves McConaughey.

Explaining how they came up with the name for their baby boy, Matthew tells OK!, “Levi was another name for the apostle Matthew in The Bible. They were, in fact, two names for the same person.

“Our son was born at 6:22 pm, and this particular time represents my favorite verse in the book of Matthew in The Bible: ‘If thy eye be single, thy whole body will be full of light.’”

Baby Levi’s middle name is taken directly from his mother Camila’s last name. “We wanted to incorporate her family name,” explains the proud new father.

To all the well-wishers and fans, Matthew and Camila have also released the following statement:

“We welcome Levi Alves McConaughey into this wonderful life and look forward to living in it with him. In the mean time and all times, just keep livin’.”

Lily Allen has dyed her locks back to her natural dark brown out of respect for her late grandmother - because she couldn’t go to the funeral with pink hair.

Allen’s grandmother died last month, shortly before the star was due to perform at legendary U.K. music festival Glastonbury.

And the Smile hitmaker, who caused a stir by dying her hair fuchsia pink last month, toned down her appearance ahead of the memorial service.

She writes on her MySpace internet page, “I got bored of the pink. I can’t believe I’m posting a blog about my hair. You may have heard my nan passed away, last weekend, we were close and even though she had been very ill for the last few years, it was a big shock. Anyway the point is my nan would have killed me if I went to her funeral with pink hair, so there is another reason.”

Usher has hit back at suggestions he named his baby son after himself to boost his own ego - insisting it was his resemblance to the tot which prompted the decision.

The Confessions singer welcomed his first child, Usher Raymond V, in November with his wife Tameka Foster.

And the star is angered his son’s name has provoked such a negative reaction.

He says, “He’s called Usher because he looks so much like me. He looks so much like me it would have been hard to call him anything else. It was the obvious choice. It’s really changed me for the better, he’s a great kid.”

Kanye West has denied he is going to be enrolling in anger management classes - slamming the media for “making up lies” about him.

The outspoken hip-hop star has made several public outbursts in the past - and it was recently rumored that his representatives were urging him to seek professional help for his “mood swings”.

But West has hit back at the reports, insisting the stories were untrue.
He writes on his official website, “Do y’all remember when people said my fiance was pregnant? I’m just using that as an example of how people make up stuff and everybody runs with it. I had my own family asking me about that. Now the media is saying I’m going to anger management something or ‘nother. I have never had any conversations about anger management. If anything, I need anger enhancement!!”

“I get off the plane in Hawaii today and the world is saying my management team said blah blah blah… SIIIIIIGGGHHHH! I told the media you can’t make up lies about me because I have a media outlet myself. If there’s anything I wanna say I’ll say right here on my own blog.”
