Felony Drug Charges for Gary Dourdan
CSI star Gary Dourdan was formally charged with felony drug possession following his April 28 arrest in Palm Springs, Calif., prosecutors announced Wednesday.
Three felonies were filed in all, for possession of heroin, cocaine and ecstasy. Dourdan’s arraignment is set for May 28.
“If convicted, Dourdan faces a probation term and could be required to complete a drug treatment program,” said Michael Jeandron, a rep for the Riverside County District Attorney. “If he completes it, the charges will be dismissed.”
In a statement to PEOPLE last weekend, Dourdan, 41, said, “Obviously I am embarrassed to find myself in this situation, and I am profoundly grateful to everyone for their support.”

I like him and all, but how do you get arrested for 3 felony charges and get probation?? Not in my town…
