Spelling, whose friends and family threw her a baby shower yesterday, is expecting a girl, her second child with McDermott, early this June. Afterwards, the couple headed to West Hollywood to do some shopping at “The Silk Trading Co.,” which carries drapery, textiles, and home furnishings.
