Miley Cyrus spotted coming out of a Target in Nashville, Tennessee today. Cyrus has been the center of a media frenzy following a pictorial layout in Vanity Fair magazine, showing Miley nearly topless on the cover. Also pictured, Miley’s younger sister Noah Cyrus.

I soooooooooo do not see what the big deal is. I would hardly call the pictures scandalous. Haven’t seen them? Go here.
