   Pam has Hepatitis C, which is not curable. It causes an inflammation of the liver and something called ascites, which is a build-up of fluid in the abdomen. I’d consider that she’s suffering from a Hep. C episode before considering her to be pregnant.

   That is definitely a baby bump people. The only way that could be bloat is if she swallowed a basketball. :::rolling eyes:::
