Anna Nicole Smith’s mother Virgie Arthur is suing TMZ!
Anna Nicole Smith’s mother Virgie Arthur is suing internet gossip site TMZ.com, alleging its bloggers spread lies about her and damaged her chances of landing custody of her granddaughter Dannielynn.
Arthur filed a complaint against TMZ.com and three other celebrity bloggers at a Texas state court on Monday. She is angry about a story TMZ.com published online last April, claiming Arthur had a relationship with her stepbrother.
TMZ have yet to comment on the lawsuit.
Lyndal Harrington, one of accused bloggers, said she was shocked at the lawsuit and is finding it “hard to find an attorney to stand up for (her) First Amendment rights”.

She is such a loser. No wonder anna nicole wanted nothing to do with her. She was still trying to exploit her daughter even in death. Trash!!!

“Money-grubbing trash troll to the max.” LOL. It sort of seems like when Anna’s posse figured out that Dannielynn wasn’t going to see a cent of the Marshall fortune, they stopped fighting over her and decided that they’d all sue one another to try and make a buck.

I think you guys need to hold your judgment until after you read a book that was (not shockingly) much maligned by Howard K. Sterns camp called “Blond Ambition” by Rita Cosby.
I think Vergie made some mustakes with her daughter, but NOTHING is black and white! All things should be weighted by fact before making a clear decision about people.
You would be supprised what is really going on behind the scenes and how the media is being used to make people appear to be what they are not. The truth will stand in the end, though.
