Is America ready for Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s extreme close up?

The on-again Hills couple are pitching a reality show on their journey to the altar to MTV, according to a report in the New York Post

The series would exclude Hills costar and Montag nemesis Lauren Conrad to concentrate on the attention-loving pair as they prepare to tie the knot.

Wedding planners and dress designers loom large in the drama, which reportedly would climax with the beach blonde couple sealing their love match. The report did not feature a comment from MTV.
