Robert DeNiro opens up a luxury hotel
Robert DeNiro has added hotelier to his resume – the actor’s luxurious Greenwich Hotel opened in New York earlier this week.
The exclusive hotel, where rooms come with saunas and 30-foot skylights, and regular season suites start at $1,350 per night, opened its doors in the city’s TriBeCa district on Tuesday.
The Oscar winner is partners in the new venture with his son Raphael and businessmen Ira Drukier and Richard Born. De Niro also owns shares in restaurant chain Nobu.
