Woody Harrelson is planning a strict starvation retreat on a remote Hawaiian island.

The Natural Born Killers star hopes to take time out from his acting career to live on nothing but spring water for 40 days. He explains, “I’m going to go to a small island in Hawaii, a really remote place, and drink the water right from the stream and then consume nothing else for 40 days. “I’ve always wanted to do it… I don’t take it lightly. I know it’s gonna be hard.”

Harrelson refuses to name the remote location where his fasting will take place – because the area is only known to native Hawaiians.

The movie star has lived on Maui with his partner and their kids for the past eight years.

Adam Sandler’s longtime pal and regular co-star Allen Covert has been arrested on the set of their latest film after allegedly attacking a photographer.

Covert – who has starred in a number of movies with Sandler – was arrested during filming for Bedtime Stories in Los Angeles on Monday evening.

He has been charged with battery after allegedly spitting at a paparazzo after he caught him filming his child. He also allegedly tried to knock the camera from the photographer’s hand.

According to website TMZ.com, the altercation was witnessed by Sandler and his other co-stars Guy Pearce and Courteney Cox.

Lauren Conrad was on her way to NYC for the premiere of her new season of ‘The Hills.’

The reality star headed out on Easter Sunday but was in good spirits.

Her music career launched with one memorable video, some seagulls and a flurry of tough reviews. But Heidi Montag is back at it, and People has the first listen to “No More,” the follow up single by the aspiring pop star.

The song (listen to it here) is available digitally March 25 — the day after The Hills returns to television. In the airy pop song, Montag, with a little bit of vocoder assistance, sings about a broken relationship (possibly alluding to trouble with her fiancé, manager and music video director Spencer Pratt), intoning, “I bet you wish you had my love again/ I bet you wish you never made that decision” over a drizzly keyboard line.

Montag’s first single, “Higher,” premiered with a now-classic music video, shot by Pratt, on a beach.

While the Hills villainess has talked openly about her designs at becoming a pop star, and Pratt has claimed, “we have diamond records coming,” the pair have not yet announced plans to release a full album.

This song leaves a lot to be desired….she might just want to stick to acting. What do you think?

Rumer Willis, who has hinted that she’s planning to record an album, joined the house band at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Thursday night to belt out a rendition of Missy Elliott’s The Rain.

But onlookers were far from amazed. One partygoer says, “It wasn’t that she was that off-tune or horrible, but she just wasn’t that good and the crowd was not feeling it.”
