Britney Spears to take “A Streetcar Named Desire” role?
Sources say that Britney Spears may have landed herself an opportunity to play Blanche DuBois in A Streetcar Named Desire at the West End Stage in London.
A show insider tells Britain’s Daily Star newspaper, “She has poise, timing and a real flair. We’d wanted her for Blanche because even though she’s technically too young to play her, who else could embody this fallen southern belle so well? She’s living out the story, so to harness that on stage would be amazing for an audience to see - and cathartic for Britney too.”
The source says that Halle Berry is also being considered for the role.

Black Century is right. Lots os people are pulling for Britney, she is a pretty girl and has more talent in her little toe that Blohan has in her entire coke, whore body! This would be good for Britney and I hope her parents encourage her to do it. I also think opening a dance studio is an excellent idea for Britney. Best wishes to Britney!

Go Britney! I think that a move into theater would be so good for you, girl! Don’t listen to the critics and use a theater roll as a way for you to get your life together and gain some new skills and acting ability.
