Actress Marcia Cross celebrated her 46th birthday by giving a large donation to the Panzi Hospital in East Congo on Tuesday.

She says, “It’s a hospital that takes care of women who have been primarily raped in the course of war there.”

A great deed! Kudos to Marcia, she’s an awesome person for that.
