Magazines aren’t buying into Pop Fiction; Are you?

Ashton Kutcher has promised that his new show Pop Fiction will turn the tables on the paparazzi by feeding them fake news stories.
Paris Hilton was featured on the first show, claiming to have found religion by hanging out with what looked like a Buddhist monk. She was quickly busted when TMZ found out that the so-called monk was actually an actor from Pirates of the Caribbean.
Have you watched the show? From what I’ve seen of the Eva Longoria/Mario Lopez episode, Ashton tries to find out what gossip is going around in the lives of celebrities. He then fakes the news so that the fake gossip comes to life.
I’m not buying it and the show didn’t really interest me enough to finish that episode, let alone watch another.

umm if I remember correctly the pictures of Eva and Mario showed up on this website and everyone believed it and said they made a great couple, that she should leave Tony for him…that to me appears to have his fake story lines working

i think it’s funny, because i read perez hilton almost every day & he ALWAYS has the news stories up that are on “pop fiction”, thinking they are real celeb news stories.

I’m not going to lie, I enjoy watching Pop Fiction, but I thought he would have had better pranks. If he applied the Punk’d mindset to Pop Fiction, the show would be crazy hot!

I read about Avril Lavigne’s pregnancy in In Touch or one of those mags so I think you’re wrong.
