Britney Spears’ guest appearance on Monday night’s How I Met Your Mother gave the U.S. TV sitcom its biggest ratings ever.

More than 10 million viewers checked out the troubled star’s guest spot, which earned her a string of good reviews in Tuesday morning’s newspapers.

The sitcom was the fourth-highest-rated show of the evening.

    Good for her! Hopefully this will help her get some of her confidence back, I am glad to see things looking up for her.

    It’s like driving by a traffic accident. One can’t help but look. If they were to tell people what time the accident would happen, who isn’t going to make sure to see it?
