Britney Spears gives TV show a big boost
Britney Spears’ guest appearance on Monday night’s How I Met Your Mother gave the U.S. TV sitcom its biggest ratings ever.
More than 10 million viewers checked out the troubled star’s guest spot, which earned her a string of good reviews in Tuesday morning’s newspapers.
The sitcom was the fourth-highest-rated show of the evening.
