Kevin Federline partied in his birthday suit but ended up with cake on his face as he celebrated turning 30 in Las Vegas.

Britney Spears’ ex got all dressed up for the bash at Pure nightclub. But he wasn’t looking too smart when a pal smeared a piece of his huge birthday cake all over his face. It didn’t seem to spoil K-Fed’s big night though as he laughed and joked with guests and posed for the cameras.

The former backing dancer’s guestlist included his parents, brother and friends. Even his ex Shar Jackson - who he dumped while she was pregnant for Britney - was invited.
