Mandy Moore is dating Ryan Adams?
Hollywood good girl Mandy Moore is the latest celebrity to be dating grungy rocker Ryan Adams, according to U.S. reports.
“Ryan and Mandy have been dating for months,” an insider told InTouch magazine.
Ryan has previously dated a string of glamorous actresses, most famously Winona Ryder and Parker Posey. But he has not been seen much with Mandy because friends say he hates all the attention.
“He hates all of the Hollywood type stuff or being photographed,” the insider said.
I don’t know, but I think Ryan is a little indie-grunge-ish for Mandy.

Ryan Adams dated Jessica Joffe for a long time, too, right? About the time she was appearing in Banana Republic ads. He gets all the ladies.

I like both of them. And, I see your point about them seeming incompatible, at least on the surface. He being a talented, important, respected singer/songwriter/producer, and her being a lightweight bubblegum pop singer. Ryan may have started out indie, but is pretty big-time now; and he’s more alt-country than grunge. The question really is, is she worthy of him?

ryan adams is ‘big time’ lol…that’s funny…he’s awesome.. but he’s not big time…i would be willing to bet at any show i’ve seen him perform that maybe 1000 were there to see him and the rest were there to heckle him and see if they could make him do his ‘monkey dance’ on stage….
i’m glad he’s not ‘big time’…because that ruins the music…. and he denied dating her already saying that men and women really could be just friends or something ….. but i can see him dating her….i think he’d date any female who would keep him in the public eye…..have you seen him on his blog lately….he looks positively emaciated… he never really looked scrawny before and at times was kind of meaty ….but damn…he’s either not eating or pretending to be drug addict again lol

Ryan is a genius who may bring depth to her own writing, as well.
