Okay, now this might be a stupid question… I have never been to New York but I was under the impression that it is cold there during the winter time? Like snow and negative temperatures. How come celebs are always out in dresses and shoes with no socks??
I live here in Chicago and we get somewhat the same weather as NYC. Therefore when you live somewhere, you’re automatically adjusted to the weather so while it may seem cold to outsiders, for people there it’s not THAT bad. I wear shoes with no socks quite often. As long as it’s not raining and there’s no snow on the ground, your game to wear anything as long as your body can handle the climate.
I live in NY and its been weird weather this winter, global warming is showing IMO. Its gotten cold a couple of weeks but overall it was a mild winter for us, it only ‘snowed’ once. Years ago it snowed like crazy, we had actual winters, not so much anymore.
