You’ve seen the photos, now see Britney Spears in action! PEOPLE has the first video promo for her March 24 appearance on CBS’s How I Met Your Mother. And without further ado, her first scripted words are:

“Can we have sex and then go shopping?”

As you’ve heard, the pop star plays a receptionist at a dermatologist’s office, opposite Josh Radnor. The promo features Spears opposite Neil Patrick Harris (who called Britney “really funny”).

It’s just the latest promising step in Britney’s life post-hospitalization. She also met with Mel Gibson over the weekend – and a source tells PEOPLE the two have been meeting “regularly.” Click here for more details.
