Christina Ricci is ready and prepared to go under the knife to improve her looks, if the aging process kicks in too early. The 28-year-old insists she is happy with her body thus far, but has no problem with cosmetic surgery - and loves the idea of being given strong medication to deal with the pain.

Ricci explains, “(I’d have surgery) if I aged in a really unfortunate manner. Or something happened, like the skin on my knee dropped. “I don’t mind having dental work or any surgery, because I like the pills they give you.”

Wow, that’s kind of deep there. She likes the pills? Is Christina Ricci the next to hit rehab?
