Kid Rock pleads not guilty to Waffle House battery charge

Kid Rock has pleaded not guilty to a battery charge following a fight in a Waffle House last year. The star and five members of his entourage were arrested for misdemeanor battery after a brawl in an Atlanta restaurant in October following a concert in the area.
Rock - whose real name is Robert James Ritchie - wasn’t at the DeKalb County State Court. His lawyer Darryl Cohen waived an arraignment hearing and entered a not guilty plea on the 37-year-old’s behalf.

You know your career is going down hill when you get into a brawl at a Waffle House instead of some exclusive nightclub.
