James Blunt shocked fans at a concert in New York on Monday night, by screening bloody footage of the war in Kosovo.

The images flashed up on a giant screen as Blunt sang new track No Bravery, which he wrote while serving as a NATO peacekeeper in the former Yugoslavia – part of his stint as a captain in the British Army.
Blunt told the New York Daily News after the gig at the Beacon Theatre, “The film was my footage, taken from our vehicles while we patrolled. “I recently had the chance to go back and play for the Serbs, and they were all in on my message. It’s great because music is the strongest form of communication, and it was nice to connect with them.”

No Bravery was on his other album, it’s definitely not a new track.
