Janet Jackson defends Amy Winehouse’s Grammy wins
“I’m not saying it’s right, but the music business has always been about sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll.” Janet Jackson was surprised Natalie Cole criticized Grammy voters for setting a bad example to young stars by handing troubled Amy Winehouse five awards.
I didn’t really think that Natalie Cole had any room to talk, considering her drug past.

As the Grammys are intended to acknowledge musical artists’ talent, it doesn’t matter what she does in her private life. If her music won fair and square, then that’s the way the awards should be doled out. It isn’t a popularity contest. I agree that she is not a positive roll model but that has nothing to do whatsoever with whether or not she should win a Grammy.

your work life and your personal life should be separate. period. she worked hard on the album, she deserves the credit for the work she did.

She’s so pretty. I love her smile very much. A few days ago, I saw her at he millionaire dating club millionairecupid.com, she posted a nice profile there. Seems she is looking for a nice guy for serious relationships.

..what natalie cole did was just foolish.
I mean..where did all that come from?
Her behavior was almost anti-social, we
had a winner who won 5 out of 6 grammys,
who obviously had a slew in her corner
and then Natalie Cole comes from out of
no where with her own bad behavior…

There is something that we can
sense about celebs, we know who is
sincere, we know when they exploit.
Amy Winehouse is a sport and I do
not believe she has a spiteful
jealous bone in her body, that is
her gift and that is why I believe
her fans defend her so.
