Britney Spears’ pal Sam Lutfi finally gets served

After three weeks of Sam Lutfi dodging the restraining order bullet, Britney Spears’ parents finally got to serve Sam Lutfi with an order to stay away from their daughter.
In court papers, Jeffrey Wexler, a lawyer for her father, James Spears, wrote that “after three weeks of apparently evading service,” Lutfi was served at 11 a.m. outside his Los Angeles apartment.
The order, which expires Friday, requires Lutfi to stay 250 yards away from Britney and her home. Wexler asked for the court order to be extended until the court can schedule a hearing on it.
It was on February 7th that Lynne Spears requested the temporary restraining order against Lutfi. She claimed that Lutfi was holding Britney hostage in her own home, drugged her food, and took over her finances.
Apparently, investigators spent more than 200 hours trying to locate Sam to serve him with the restraining order.
