Beyonce’s dad blasts Aretha Franklin
Beyonce Knowles’ manager/father has fired back at “ridiculous” public comments Aretha Franklin has made about his daughter’s Grammy Awards performance on Sunday night.
Franklin, who is known throughout the world as the Queen of Soul, raged after Beyonce introduced her duet partner, Tina Turner, as “the queen” during the Los Angeles awards show.
Aretha has since accused Beyonce and the Grammy Awards writers of making “a cheap shot for controversy.” That comment has angered Beyonce’s father Mathew Knowles, who has lashed out at Franklin for being so ridiculous.
In a statement released on Wednesday, Knowles blasts, “Beyonce referred to Tina as a `queen’. Not queen of gospel, queen of soul, queen of blues, Queen of England. “I consider my wife a queen and sometimes call her that. Does Aretha have a problem with that?”

Good for HIM. This is bullsh*t. Who the hell does she think she is? Oh, that’s right - apparently the queen of all humanity. Please, bitch. You don’t own that title, no matter what anyone says. And Beyonce is just a dumb young woman, she didn’t know any better so only an idiot would get offended at something like that.

Aretha’s been in the music business longer than beyondbelief(meaning her voice which sounds like someone threw a cat into a vat of ice water) has been alive. Her voice is considered a natural resource, believe me Aretha is more a part of history than that family ever will be.

Most people appreciate Aretha’s voice. However, in this case she was being small (minded) about what was said. She is typical of most of these aging prima donna’s in the entertainment industry, wanting people to constantly throw accolades at them. She she fret less about what Beyonce said and hire some one to dress her obese, obnoxious, disgusting body. Her dress was inappropriate for her size and her age. She is the queen of caricatures.
