British actress Keira Knightley refuses to set foot in a gym – and puts her slim figure down to a combination of a grueling work schedule and her love of dancing to songs on the radio.
The Atonement star admits she could never subject herself to a punishing work out regime favored by many stars in a bid to keep fit and slim. The 22-year-old has attempted to get into the spirit and take exercise classes – but the experience put her off for life.
She says, “I really like the idea of yoga but I can’t do it. It just pisses me off. If anybody tells me to relax then I just tend to tense up. That’s why I’m not a yoga girl at all unfortunately. And gym work is just so boring and repetitive. I’m not a gym person at all. The most exercise I get when I’m not working is when I turn up the radio.”

i don’t believe this. i saw pic of her coming out of the gym before. and how is she supposed to get that stomach without exercises? before she hits it big, she wasn’t this thin. she used to be full, much fuller.

i wouldn’t go as far as to compare her to jessica alba…she just seems like she is an annoying person.

she wasn’t “full” ever. she has always been skinny up top (granted, not this skinny)…her bottom half has been her bigger half.and her stomache has always been toned. genetics are an odd thing.
but, didnt she work out with a trainer for that film where she has to use a bow and arrow (can’t remember what film, must have been great)? i seem to recall reading articles on that.
that being said: yes, she is annoying. not the best actress, but i have to give her a little credit: she is definetely better than alba (but that’s not hard).

thisithink, think again, try to find some pics of her before pirates of the caribbean. she was full. like 20 pounds heavier.
