The toxicology results have came back on the tragic death of actor Brad Renfro.

His death is being ruled an overdose as a result of too much heroin consumption.

The cause of death was “acute heroin/morphine intoxication,” and the drugs were injected, according to the coroner’s office.

His death was ruled an accident.
