Jamie Spears wins temporary legal control over Britney
In a court hearing today, Britney Spears’ father, Jamie, has won legal control over her and her medical treatment.
Jamie now has the power to restrict any visitors to Britney, he’s in charge of arranging caretakers for her, along with security.
This is the best part, if you ask me: Dad Jamie Spears has the power to cut off all of Britney’s credit cards and to prosecute any restraining orders on her behalf.
Go Jamie! And it didn’t take long for him to file a 21-day civil harassment restraining order against Sam Lutfi, either. Sam has been bashing the Spears family, saying that they don’t care about their daughter and only want her money.
Jamie Spears has control over Britney’s residence and can legally remove anyone who’s staying there. He also has the power to keep Britney in California. Previous reports were saying that Lynne Spears wanted to take Britney back to Kentwood, Louisiana….so we’ll see if he’ll have any part of that idea.

Holy crap. Well, we know her mother is crazy and abusive, right? Is it possible her dad is actually a decent parent? I hope he’s at least the better one for her sake….

Everyone’s talking about her parents…do any of you personally know them? We’re only hearing what others are saying and listening to “bi-polar” Britney. There is no way I believe for one second that her parents do not have her best interest at heart. If they didn’t, I thinkt they would be on the media circuit telling them this or that. Sam Lufti is NOT to be trusted. Where did he come from; who is he; how in 4 months of knowing Britney he had control of her money? Ask yourself people…I am gald the parents have finally taken these measures. Believe me, having an outside person (lawyer) on the case, will prevent mishandlingof her assets. It’s about damn time…she needs help. Let’s pray that she gets well. Please take her away from California.

Bi-polar is a serious disease. I hope she gets well. I think Britney’s lawyers and doctors trust the parents. They’ve been instrumental is assisting the parents to gain control of her assets. I hope they are able to get back everything Cousin Alli; Sam and Adnan has taken from her. You know they cleaned her out. Follow the paper trail. I’d be up all weekend trying to get shit in order before Monday, so I could extend the conservatorship
