Pregnant Jennifer Lopez, who is expecting twins, apparently is at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset where security has been tightened, according to two hospital sources.

    Congratulations, Meow Town. I heard she was at that hospital at least four days ago. Maybe she’s had some complications and she’s now on bed rest there?
