Michelle Williams’ movie, Blue Valentine on hold while she copes with Heath Ledger’s death

The filming of Michelle Williams’ next movie, Blue Valentine, has been placed on hold giving the actress time to cope with the tragic death of her ex, Heath Ledger.
“We will hold off until she is ready,” says a source connected with the film. “The production is in the process of sorting it out in respect to her.”
The movie – a relationship drama centered around a young couple struggling with their marriage – also stars Ryan Gosling, who Williams was rumored to be dating after they were spotted strolling together in New York before the holidays.
Production on the film was set to start on February 25, but has been moved back to an indefinite date.
“We’re hoping she will still come back and do the film and are happy to wait,” the source says. “The film is tailor made for those two so of course we would want to wait. You can’t get much better than them.”
Williams had just finished shooting her last scene in the film “Mammuth” in Sweden when she received the news of Ledger’s death.

… why isn’t that child in a car-seat?

Ugh, my heart is out there for her. She probably needs that little one in her arms. I can’t blame her for that.

The “need” to have that child in her arms doe snot supercede the child’s NEED to be safely strapped into a car seat. With the paps all over, not to mention regular drivers, does Michelle really want to have to potentially bury Matilda along with her father?!?! Sorry, but as an EMT, I’ve seen too many children injured and killed because they weren’t properly restrained. Michelle is going through an unbelievably rough time, no doubt about it, but that does not make it OK to break the law and endanger her daughter. her daughter’s needs still come first.

As a Mom, I immediately saw this picture and thought “why is that kid not in a carseat?!?!?” I don’t care how sad someone is…your child’s safety is never to be overlooked.

I know I agree, Britney can’t do it but everyone else can get away with it. I mean I do understand the situation, I promise but she really does need to be in a carseat.

Damn people… how do you know she isn’t just about to get out of the car… the car could be stopped. It’s a picture! Not a moving video showing her driver speeding down the road. Give it a rest.

You guy’s are STUPID! You can clearly see she is getting out of the car.

If that is a picture of Michelle and Matilda after Heath’s death, I think it is pretty low to post it. Encouraging scummy paparazzi to hound her in this time of grief is really, really low.

This is picture of her about to come out of the car, that’s why matilda is in her arm. there is a youtube video which showed they carry the carseat out afterwards http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xs3PoDVI0_U . I don’t like to see this photo and video of her at this sad time, but i just want to point out that there was a car seat for matilda.

I was in the waiting room at the hospital waiting to hear from my husband’s liver cancer surgery when
the death of Heath Ledger came on the TV. Unfortunately, my husband did not survive and I
am mourning as you are so I know exactly what you
are going through. Although we were married a long
time and you two were not together does not lessen
your pain.
