More Heath Ledger Updates!
I know it’s everywhere – and I keep going on and on about Heath Ledger’s death. I just can’t get over it! I’m still in shock!
Anyway, I just found a couple great pictures of Heath, and thought I’d share them with you. Also – the latest news on Heath’s death.
Some GREAT NEWS…as earlier reported, cops had recovered a $20 bill that was rolled up – and thought to have drug residue on it.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the $20 that cops found in Heath Ledger’s apartment was clean — it did not contain drug residue.
Cops recovered the bill, tested it, and the results were clean.
Also – Jake Gyllenhaal is said to be hiding away on set.
Jake Gyllenhaal has yet to be seen or heard from since the death of his close friend, Heath Ledger — and people on the set of his new film are working hard to keep it that way.
Gyllenhaal is in New Mexico, currently filming his new movie, “Brothers.” We’re told there are no plans to shut down production, but Jake is very upset and doesn’t want to talk to the media — so the set has been closed to non-crew members and extra security has been hired.
Jake is the godfather to Heath’s daughter, Matilda Rose.

I’m not impressed with People magazine, saying Heath was “drawn to excess.” That is really unnecessary. There were so many positive, nice things said about him by others; they could have chosen one of those instead. I think I’ll boycott People from now on.

I agree Blondey. Also, did they hunt down the worst picture they could find? Heath was hot but he looks so worn in that photo. I’ve seen a hundred great photos of him on the net in the last 2 days…they couldn’t pick a better one?
I’m still in shock over this. It came out of nowhere. I really feel for his family. Rumor has it they heard the news on the radio first. How horrible is that?

Is anyone else suprised by how fast all of the mags have come up with stories, covers and pieces on Heath? I am so sad for his daughter, who will one day read all of the horrible things being said about her father and begin to question his being, as if it isn’t bad enough to grow up without a father, who you will never remember.

Seriously, this whole thing has really saddened me..and im not the one to care too much about celebrities and their deaths..but wow..he was so talented and super handsome, his charming smile could warm up the whole world..but he had to go..so sad..what makes me mad about this situation is that every gossip magazine and stupid hollywood news will not leave his poor ex and his daughter alone..last night when i caught a second of access hollywood they said “what is heaths ex reaction to this? we will be keeping a close eye on it, and let you know” WTF IS WRONG WITH THEM?? leave the girl alone and let him rest in peace..obviously she is sad you idiots..i feel so bad for his wife and a child…

Dear, sweet Jocelyn — I am so proud of how you’ve been handling this desperately sad situation that is the loss of Heath Ledger in ICYDK. This really has been a tragedy that has hit us hard and I know how personally this is affecting you Honey. I was so thankful to see you say that you “felt weird” about posting pictures of Micehlle Williams arriving in NY to face a life- shattering time of grief. (If only some of your colleagues would follow your lead and start feeling weird about the smack they put out there.) Your site in general has been pretty amazing lately and I know that’s the case because you’re putting your heart and strengths out there for all to see. (Which, I must say, beats the heck out of Britney’s madness, that’s for sure.) We were each other’s first call when we heard the tragic news and it was hard for either one of us to wrap our minds and hearts around this awful situation. WE ALL NEED TO KEEP PRAYING FOR HIS FAMILY AND ALL THOSE THAT ARE EXPERIENCING THIS ON A LEVEL THAT WE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. Poor Matilda….unreal! This is a loss that’s going to be felt on so many levels as a Heath Ledger is quite rare not only in Hollywood, but rare in life. I just hope that everyone would use this grief in such a manner as to affect change and not let this simply become cannon fodder for mass hysteria that has become celebrity news. I just watched Daniel Day Lewis’ response to Heath’s death that you have here. My goodness! As if I didn’t appreciate the man before. Good for him. Again, honey, I’m proud of you and I know that you’ll bless many through the pages of In Case You Didn’t Know. I wonder what charities he worked with. Maybe people could put some money where their grief is. Keep up the good work Jocelyn!

I absolutley love this guy, Heath Ledger. I couldnt believe it when I saw it on TV, I just kept saying, no way….omg! My friend woke Wednesday morning to her husband saying the same thing.its pretty devastating and I didnt even know him, never had that chance. I always liked him though, even more so as he got older and even more handsome. I loved his acting…so convincing. Anyone can see that Heath was a unique soul. There was something very attractive about his personality like he knew who he was, what he wanted, how to get it, and nobody was going to tell him what to do. Michelle Williams, imo, really was not the star that Heath was…but he chose her and thats what he wanted and it didnt matter to him what everyone else thought. Im happy that she got pregnant, I was hoping they would get back together after awhile. I hate reading all the garbage about her, then there was obviously great about her, since he chose her that people dont see or arent paying attention to. I dont care if she got pregnant on purpose either, like some posters say, because that was a smart thing to do. Heath has not left this world empty…there’s so much he has left us. God Bless Heath, Michelle, Matilda and his family and friends who loved him.

ME AGAIN…I sent too soon on accident..want to write more.
So at work after I was told I went to TV & they mentioned Heath had insomnia,I can relate to that,it’s Hell.I felt his pain.
I have been glued to the TV for updates on Heath & I found this site.Like others here I am very saddened,He was a very talented young actor with so much more to give,and gone TOO SOON.
I do also agree that the media jumps to conclusions too soon & needs to respect privacy,poor Michelle.And yes,People Magazine could of picked a better picture.Yes I bought magazine,of course.I do look foward to seeng “The Dark Night” to see Heaths performance,but why this character haunted him so?I think this movie will be HUGE!I’ve seen clips on Youtube & this Joker is Amazing!Even like you all I did not know Heath but this breaks my heart too.My thoughts & prayers go out to Michelle,Matilda,His Family,Friends & Fans.Heath Ledger will be always known as Heath Legend.R.I.P.

i feel sry for da wife n child i hope they have a great life n remember all da gewld times with Heath n cut out all da bad times ^_^ da press shuld just let him rest in peace n dnt disrespect his name he deserves beta then wat they say bout him R.I.P heath ledger ^^
