OSCAR NOMINATIONS!
I have some catchin up to do!! I make it my goal to see every movie that’s been nominated, and I’m happy to see I only have a few movies to catch up on. I have to see Michael Clayton and There Will Be Blood. I think I’ve seen most of the rest of them (oh, and I’m Not There).
I’m SO excited to see Casey Affleck was nominated for Jesse James. I know Javier Bardem was unbelievably good in No Country For Old Men, but Casey Affleck was equally amazing.

Good thing there will be no Oscars this year… All but Ellen page are ugly uninteresting people. Sad… very sad.

Greg, if you’re going to comment, be informed. Cate Blanchett, George Clooney, Casey Affleck, Javier Bardem, Daniel Day Lewis, and last, but certainly not least, Johnny Depp: none of these people are ugly nor uninteresting! Quite the opposite, in fact. As a matter of fact, I think it’s a very good bunch this year.

I really, truly hope that Johnny Depp wins for Sweeny Todd. He is an AMAZING actor and needs to be credited for it. No one else could have played that role!

i agree, i was DELIGHTED to see Jolie didnt get a nomination, made my day………… so doesnt deserve it!!
