Denise Richards is taking Charlie to custody court!
There is going to be an explosive celebrity custody hearing tomorrow, and shockingly, it doesn’t involve Britney Spears!
Denise Richards, ex-wife of Charlie Sheen, wants to star in a reality show, along with the former couple’s two daughters, Sam, 3 and Lola, 2.
Sources tell PageSix.com that Charlie “is absolutely 100% vehemently opposed to this.”
Denise has decided to take her plight to the judge tomorrow afternoon in a Los Angeles Family Court. She wants to have Charlie’s parental rights essentially revoked in making this decision. The couple have had ongoing custody issues ever since they split.

I don’t feel bad for Denise at all. While she seems like a good mother to me, she knew what Sheen was like (womanizer) when she married him!

why do you feel bad for her…she is trying to exploit her kids on a reality tv show so she can make more money. Good for Charlie for saying no…if they were older and could make up their minds whether they wanted this or not fine…but they are just little kids…so wrong. I hope the judge denies her!!!

and I thought those reality shows were wrong too…exploiting little kids is just wrong…you see all the problems out there with kids wanting to be in the spotlight…a good parent should be shielding their kids from that world not throwing them into it!!

Don’t feel bad for her, she’s trying to use her kids to make money because she has no talent to offer. Those kids never really look happy ever! They always look pissed off or like there about to freak out.

Why feel sorry because Denise wants to exploit her kids for her own reasons? If she needs the money, because her movie just flopped and went straight to DVD, maybe she shouldn’t be spending so much shopping.
She has been a bad mother by her interference in their relationship with their father, since they split. This is just another instance of her feeling, that these kids are hers and hers alone.
I wonder if she would be so giving if it were Charlie and his fiancee wanting to do a show with the kids? NO way.

I have never seen a picture of the daughters smiling? THey are always frowning or looking sad. Denise is totally a narcissistic actress not recognizing what the effects a reality show will do to the children. It’s all about Denise!!!!! Always has been about Denise and her phony on the camera smile.

LOL what gets me is how they look EXACTLY like Charlie! And since she clearly despises him, I really have to wonder how she deals with that. They are the image of their dad! It’s freaky, actually. (And I gotta say, I don’t normally side with the womanizing men, but Team Charlie all the way!)
