Gene Simmons fired from Celebrity Apprentice
Kiss rocker Gene Simmons has been given the axe from Donald Trump in Celebrity Apprentice. Trump fired the rock star after Gene took over as project manager for the women’s team and failed to help them win the weekly challenge.
When The Donald fired Simmons, Gene said that he respected his decision, but he blasted the female team and told them that they stood no chance of winning the competition.
“In their present form the ladies don’t stand a popcorn fart chance of even shining the guys’ shoes,” he snorted.
In the weekly challenge, the two teams were told to come up with a way of marketing Kodak’s Easy Share printer and to make a presentation selling it to the general public.
The men’s team spilled a cup of coffee onto their computer and lost all of their artwork, but still came out on top.

simmons was a arrogant ass, although the mens project was scattered/tattered. The ball was dropped on the key points in the mtg w/ execs.

Gene is arrogant and cocky, and I don’t why, but I just love the guy! He is an extremely smart man.

He is experience and smart and his arrogant is part of it. But there are people don’t understand and just see him as arrogant ass.
Take a look back people.
Episode 1: Gene said he would fire Donald –> This pissed Ivanka off as Donald is her superstar.
E2: Ivanka acted immaturely as she withdrew her hand from Gene rudely and childishly as like she disgusted Gene. –> This pissed Gene off and he knew it was time to teach the baby girl a lesson. –> Ivanka again childishly plead to Donald to the point that Donald had to stop her. At the end we saw Donald was teaching Ivanka to learn from Gene.
E3: It was Nely’s fault not to listen to Kodak executives and she came back saying printers was what Kodak wanted. Gene wrongly put trust on Nely and correctly thought Kodak executives was wrong. And he decided to go his way as this was his character. And after all, when he lost. It was his character again never to accept defeated. But more than that, we saw he accepted his fault as the leader.
Gene’s way may piss a lot of people who are immature and small-minded but this guy rocks man!

Gene Simmons is hilarious. I’m not sure about his competencies, but the man is confident. His mistake was listening to Nely, that woman is a moron. Gene is addicted to being in control and in a power position. When he realized that he screwed up sending Nely to meet the Kodak execs, he basically resigned himself to being fired, but then Donald gave Gene a way out by basically telling him the only chance he has is if he brings Nely back. Gene couldn’t bring himself to do this because doing so would put him in a non-power position as then Donald has the power of choosing if he wants to fire Nely or Simmons. In Gene’s mind, he maintains power because HE decides who to bring to the boardroom, knowing this, he brings 2 people Donald can’t fire, thus FORCING Donald to fire Simmons. It’s quite ironic, Gene LOVES the fact that he forced Donald to fire SOMEONE, he doesn’t give a rats ass that it was himself who got fired, just that he was able to fully control the situation.
