The AP has written Britney Spear’s obituary.

This is seriously the saddest story. Britney Spears needs some serious help.
US has the exclusive:
The Associated Press began preparing Britney Spears’ obituary within the past month, Usmagazine.com has learned.
“We are not wishing it, but if Britney passed away, it’s easily one of the biggest stories in a long time,” AP entertainment editor Jesse Washington tells Us.
“I think one would agree that Britney seems at risk right now,” Washington adds. “Of course, we would never wish any type of misfortune on anybody and hope that we would never have to use it until 50 years from now…but if something were to happen, we would have to be prepared.”
Washington also says the AP has a “pretty extensive obituary operation,” and that staffers are “constantly adding people.”

I think that this site should really stop talking about Britney… this as gotten to very sick and sad point and I don’t see any good coming from here =S

It’s Spears’ obit not Spear’s obit.
Anyway, this is very common practice – the media drafts obits all the time for living people so all the writing/research is done in case it happens you can file the story quickly.

That is sickening. I’m not surprised that they’ve prepared it, but I cannot believe that this person would talk about it publicly.
“…if Britney passed away, it’s easily one of the biggest stories in a long time”
Ugh, you can practically hear her salivating.

LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE!!! I honestly think people should STOP giving her press its NOT what she needs its only contributing to her demise.

In a way, maybe this will let Britney see that she is making fatal mistakes in her life. Sometime something drastic needs to be done and hopefully she will see that the country sees her self destructiveness that will lead to her death. I don’t agree that the press is contributing to her demise. SHe is doing this alone, there are hundreds of celebrities that are hounded by the press and aren’t on the same distruct path. There is a celebrity death pool floating around the office (warped I know) but what is sad is Amy Winehouse and Britney Spears are number 1 or 2 on everybody’s list.

This. Needs. To. Stop.
The media is crossing way to many lines and at this point someone’s “death” should not be thought of in a profitable manner. This site is turning into that sh!thead perezhilton.
