Travis Barker is suing Rockstar Beverage Corp.

Travis Barker, drummer of Blink 182 and star of the MTV reality show Meet The Barkers, is suing Rockstar Beverage Corporation for invasion of privacy and commercial misappropiation. The lawsuit alleges that the beverage company profited from an unauthorized and unlawful use of Travis’ name.
The energy drink motto is “party like a rock star,” and Travis claims that sometime in 2007, Rockstar used a picture of him holding a can of the drink on its website without his permission or authorization. The lawsuit also says that the “Plaintiff (Barker) has been damaged, the full and exact nature and extent of which is unknown at this time, but which includes compensation due to Plaintiff.”
Barker is seeking unspecified damages and wants the beverage company to pay his legal fees.

Give me a break. How will this damage his reputation? Omg, he drinks a certain drink of certain occasions! Heaven forbid.

If more celebrities knew their photos on the rockstar site implied an endorsement of Rockstar and family behind it, the Weiners, there would probably be more lawsuits. Michael Weiner inventored Rockstar, his son Russell is the CEO and his wife Janet is the CFO. Michael Weiner is better known as Michael Savage from the Savage Nation - a hat mongering radio show.
