Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline’s attorney, will ask in court on Monday that Britney Spears‘ visitation rights “be cut off completely until the trial in April,” a source close to the case tells US.

“That means no interaction with the kids until then,” the source adds.

When LAPD officers arrived at Spears’ Beverly Hills home on Jan. 3 to resolve a custody dispute, they noticed Jayden James, 16 months, had at least one bite and several bruises on his body, a source said.

Spears was then rushed to the L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for a psychiatric evaluation. She stayed there for two nights.

Kaplan still retains the right to extend the five-day restraining order that kept Britney Spears from her sons (Jayden and Sean Preston, 2) following her meltdown last Thursday, according to the source.

“I think everyone is hugely concerned about her just showing up at Kevin’s house and making a scene and demanding to see the kids,” the source says.

Monday’s court appearance will include eyewitness testimony from emergency personnel who were on the scene Thursday night, according to TMZ.com.

Spears has spent most of her time since checking out of the hospital on Saturday gallivanting with a married paparazzo, Adnan Ghalib. “Who knows whether she even wants to see the kids right now,” the source tells Us.
