When Salma Hayek was single, she had high standards when it came to Mr. Right. “I keep waiting to meet a man that has more b**** than I do,” the 41-year-old once said. Mission accomplished. Salma is engaged to Frenchman François-Henri Pinault, 45, whose luxury-goods company, PPR, is worth $14.5 billion and who owns brands such as Stella McCartney and Balenciaga. The happy couple recently welcomed a daughter, Valentina, on September 21. Although an insider reportedly said the two would marry in an “intimate ceremony sometime during the holidays,” they have yet to tie the knot. Maybe they’re still working out the prenup!

2. Kathy Griffin

If Kathy Griffin doesn’t want to be on the D-list anymore, her new boyfriend could probably buy her a spot on the A-list! Since July, the potty-mouthed comic has been dating Steve Wozniak, 57, the co-founder of Apple computers, which made him more than $2 million in the first two years of operation. Steve, who once owned a San Francisco mansion that had a cave and a pet hotel, is certainly a step up from Kathy’s ex-husband, Matt Moline, whom she alleges withdrew $72,000 from her bank account without telling her. But still, Kathy is wary of tying the knot again. “I will never remarry,” says the 47-year-old. “I will not walk down any aisle that doesn’t have cereal or bread on the shelves.”

3. Jessica Simpson

When Jessica Simpson was married to Nick Lachey, her ex-hubby was known for over-the-top romantic gestures like hot-air balloon rides and rose petal-strewn hotel suites. But her new love, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo — who recently landed a $67.5 million deal — is spoiling the 27-year-old star in a different way. Tony, 27, reportedly buys her little gifts every day, including a picture frame with their initials engraved on it. No wonder Jessica’s friends say she “gushes about how sweet Tony is” all the time!

Geri, 35, has been spotted out on the town in London with Russian heir Evgeny Lebedev, 26, who co-owns a clothing line named Wintle and is launching an upscale Asian fusion restaurant. He was named the No. 3 hottest bachelor in Britain by Tatler magazine — ahead of Prince Harry! Even better, his father, Alexander, who is a former KGB agent, is known as the Donald Trump of Russia and is worth $3.6 billion from banking, real estate and energy investments. Geri and Evgeny, a budding jazz musician, went on a string of secret dates before taking their romance public.

5. Terri Seymour

He made $45 million last year, but it’s not enough for Simon Cowell. The 48-year-old wants “as much money as I can get my hands on. If it could pour on me every day like a shower, I would lie in that shower for hours.” Simon rakes it in from six reality TV shows, including American Idol and America’s Got Talent. He’s also a Sony BMG music executive who signed Il Divo, the company’s biggest act, last year. Terri Seymour, 33, Simon’s girlfriend of five years, reaps the benefits, with exotic trips, jewelry and more. “If Terri needs a car, I buy her a car,” Simon says. “I don’t wait for birthdays or Christmas.”

6. Ivanka Trump

Ivanka Trump’s new boyfriend, Jared Kushner, has a lot in common with her billionaire father, Donald — they’re both real estate developers and have big bucks in their bank accounts. Jared, whose dad, Charles, manages more than $3 billion worth of properties, made millions himself buying and selling real estate while at Harvard University. Ivanka admits that she’s crazy about Jared, 26, but might find it hard to move in with him. “I’ve never lived in a building without my name on it,” says the 26-year-old, “but there’s a first time for everything!”

7. Uma Thurman

Uma Thurman’s love, Arpad “Arki” Busson, has come a long way since his days selling toothpicks door-to-door as a kid. The 43-year-old Swiss/French financier, who used to date model Elle Macpherson, runs a $12 billion hedge-fund company and is worth a reported $500 million. Uma, 37, flies from New York to the U.K. to be with her London-based guy twice a month and friends say she is quite taken with her billionaire beau.

Anne Hathaway says her boyfriend, Italian real estate developer Raffaello Follieri, is “protective without being possessive, passionate without needing to show his temper.” But the happy couple may be in for some choppy waters: Billionaire investor Ron Burkle is suing Anne’s man, claiming the 29-year-old spent his money on “five-star lodging, dog care and inappropriate jet travel” for himself and “his actress girlfriend.’’ Now that Anne, 25, just landed a lucrative deal with makeup giant Lancôme, maybe she can foot some of their more extravagant bills!

9. Beyonce Knowles

Both of them are musical powerhouses, but Beyoncé’s sweetie, rapper and mogul Jay-Z, made more than $83 million last year. “In order to be a strong woman, you have to have a strong man,” says Beyoncé, 26. Although Jay-Z recently stepped down as the head of Def Jam records, the 38-year-old has no plans of retiring anytime soon. Besides owning a stake in an NBA team and expanding his luxury sports bar franchise, Jay-Z is about to launch a high-end hotel chain in New York. “I’d rather die enormous than live dormant,” raps Jay-Z.

10. Jessica Biel

He’s No. 34 on Forbes’ annual richest celebrities list, but Justin Timberlake — whose Future Sex/Love Sounds tour brought in at least $42 million — isn’t as comfortable spending money on himself as he is on his girlfriend, Jessica Biel. Sure, he flew the 25-year-old around the world so she could be by his side on his tour, but Justin, 26, admits that his lavish spending usually stops there. “I like nice things but when I’m in a store, I usually talk myself out of buying anything,” he says.
