Lindsay Lohan’s lucky day?
2008 looks to be a promising year for the recently out-of-rehab star as the busboy who was involved in a car crash with Lindsay Lohan dropped the civil suit today.
According to court documents first obtained by celebTV.com, Raymundo Ortega filed a “notice of entry of dismissal and proof of service” in California Superior Court, seeking to drop a lawsuit he filed against Lohan on June 14, 2007.
Back in 2005, Ortega sued the Just My Luck star and the Ivy restaurant for negligence saying that Lindsay had been drinking before her black Mercedes hit his car. He sought $200,000 in damages.

This is incorrect. The lawsuit against her production company was dropped. She is still being sued by the busboy. Does anyone check their facts? This is the biggest rumor of the day! Come on if you going to have a site don’t be a Perez or x17 check your sources. All you bloggers do is quote each others sites.

Honestly Lindsey Lohan is a star who has overcome from many situation including re-habitation. I am a fan of Lindsey Lohan as well. Not sure the lucky day for her when it is but 2008 may be lucky for her.

Lindsay Lohan never overcame anything. She is a statistic and until she gets it together 100% she will continue to be a statistic. She is not talented and she is aging like sh*t, her days in ‘the business’ are numbered. Its time for her to start thinking about an education or charging.

I’m not necessarily taking her side or anything because she has shown poor behavior, but I wouldn’t say her days are over or that she is talentless. She just won some award, I can’t remember what it was. And if you’ve seen Mean Girls, the girl can be funny.
