Someone else besides Dr. Phil is ready to jump on the Britney bandwagon –Stacy Schneider. She first appeared on season five of The Apprentice. Now she’s stepping in to offer free legal advice to Britney Spears in her divorce and custody case.

Stacy heard that Britney’s last law firm, Trope & Trope asked to sever ties with her and is jumping in to offer her help. She has even went as far to offer to move into Spears’ home as she helps her with her custody fight against Kevin Federline.

Her advice, to start off with is this:

“Number one, I would tell Britney to hibernate. She’ll no longer be airing her personal business in public. She needs to stay inside and stop the Starbucks runs so that no more bad-behavior stories leak out. “She has to stop mouthing off to the judge, she has to learn to control her emotions. She has to practice her testimony. “She only has one shot to win back her kids and she’s not able to lip-synch her way through her testimony. What Britney’s doing now is showing everyone that she’s irresponsible or just doesn’t care.”
