The New Years resolutions of the stars

These stars told UsMagazine.com of their New Years resolutions:

EVE:
“To try and be more on time.”

LISA KUDROW:

“My New Year’s resolution is to not make a New Year’s resolution.”

Black Eyed Peas’ WILL.I.AM

“To chill, max out. Just do my fizzle, you know.”

ADRIANNE CURRY:
“I’m quitting smoking. I’m going to take Chantix, a pill that helps you quit. It affects your brain. My husband [Christopher Knight] has been taking it. The only downside I’ve seen is that it gives you really bad nightmares. He doesn’t remember, but I know because he’s screaming and waking me up.”

BROOKE MUELLER (Charlie Sheen’s fiancée):
“I want to quit smoking. It is very hard to stick to a resolution.”

House’s OLIVIA WILDE:
“Do yoga more.”

ELISABETH ROHM:

“I just want to be better than I was last year.”

HAYLIE DUFF:
“I’m going to stick with the one I made last year, which was to not make any!”

Desperate Housewives’ ANDREA BOWEN:
“To be lucky. I don’t know, maybe to travel more.”

REGINA KING:
“My same resolution from last year: to stop cursing.”

RICKI LAKE:

“Last year it was to get my ass in shape. I did that, so I am not too sure what this year’s will be!”

GAVIN DEGRAW:
“I’m going to start drinking water. I always forget to do that. If I drank as much water as people say you’re supposed to, I don’t know if I’d ever leave the bathroom!”

ANDERSON COOPER:
“I promise I will blog every day. Right now I blog about once every two months.”

PETE WENTZ:

“To cut my hair. I’m going to put a bowl on my head and just go. I feel like that’s the only thing I need to do — get rid of some of this hair!”

FOREST WHITAKER:
“I want to get even closer to my family. I want to be happy all the time. I pressure myself so much that I forget what I’m doing and why I’m doing it. I’m in the middle of amazing things, and I’m so focused on them – I don’t even experience them!”

    That is SO weird.
I took a prescription to quit smoknig years ago and had to stop taking it due to nightmares.
    Super bad.
Even tho I had less feeling like I wanted to smoke, the nightmares were so bad that I’d want to get up and smoke….not even remembering what the dreams were about.
I’d LOVE for there to be a new prescription that would make you not crave nicotine and also NOT make you have nightmares.

I’m curious why the nightmares occur.

  2. Mercedez Getzschman Says:

The benefit is that it doesn’t last long. 20 years from now we will be dealing with global cooling hysteria. This cycle has been ongoing for the last 150 years in the media. Read the report called ‘Fire and Ice’ it’s all about how often the media changes it’s position between warming and cooling. In the 70′s we were headed for an irreversible Ice Age. Sold a lot of papers.
